Return & Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

 

We are committed to provide the best shopping experience to our customers.  We request our customers to read our return policy carefully before initiating any purchase on www.nestingworld.in (“Nestingworld”). By making any purchase on Nestingworld, you agree to be bound by the return policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this return policy, then you may not purchase any product from Nestingworld.

  • The products purchased only from Nestingworld and not from any other retailer are eligible for returns.
  • Return request should be raised within 3 daysfrom the date of delivery. We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any orders for which request raised after 3 days from the date of delivery. 
  • Products should be unused with all the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the products.
  • We also do not accept returns of products that are intimate, wearable on body, beauty or sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Product in original condition should reach us within 3 days.
  • Kindly note that specific rules will apply for returning of product under sale:
    • If the correct product has been delivered, we will not be able to offer return on sale product.  
    • In case we send a wrong or damaged product, we will accept return.

 

Wrong or damaged product

 

Products sold on Nestingworld do not carry warranty and in case we send a wrong or damaged product, we will accept return based on request raised as above.  Post receipt of the returned Products, our team will inspect the same. After approval as an eligible return, we will initiate the refund or exchange for your transaction. In case of exchange we will update your details and ship you the right products within 2-3 weeks. Shipping time may also vary depending on your location. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Return address is mentioned on the label. 

 

Refunds

 

We may provide Refunds subject to below terms and conditions:

  • In certain situations, partial refunds might be granted if applicable (Damage or missing part).
  • Certain costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the refund amount will be excluding costs related to shipping, packaging, handling, online payment collection charges, tax, anything that you have already consumed etc.
  • If the correct product under sale has been delivered, we will not be able to offer refund on sale product.
  • Refunds will only be made in your paytm account or through cheque. It will take 30 days after approval of refund to complete the refund.  Courier charges will be borne by customer in case of refund required through cheque.
  • Please note that do not cancel your prepaid orders before delivery. If you want to refund/exchange your product under prepaid orders, please accept the delivery first. Refunds will be initiated within 30 Days after receipt of product subject to terms and conditions of return policy.

 

Note

 

  • We never ask for your Credit/Debit card numbers for initiating refund. Please never share your Credit/Debit card numbers and OTP to anyone and to Nestingworld also.
  • We do not have helpline numbers yet, please mail us on support@nestingworld.in for any queries or returns.

 

Missing Products

 

If you do not receive your products and you cannot track it, we recommend reaching us by mail so that we can assist you with right details. We shall handle such issues strictly and take necessary steps to resolve it at the earliest.

  • In such an event, we can cancel your order and process refund as per the terms and conditions of return policy.
  • You will not be entitled for any cash refunds as per our policy.

 

Cancellation Policy


We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that Nestingworld is unable to process; and reserve the rights to cancel or reject the acceptance of such order and decision of Nestingworld in this respect shall be final and binding on the customer. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, problems identified by our credit, fraud avoidance department or due to certain unforeseen reasons.
Our Customer Care team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

Cancellation by Nestingworld


In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a system error product information/Pricing, Nestingworld shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched.
Nestingworld reserves the right to cancel any order with due intimation to the concerned person, under situations where Nestingworld is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed. As a part of these additional security measures, Nestingworld might request customers to provide relevant supporting documents (Identity proof, Address Proof etc). In case the requested documents are not shared with us, Nestingworld reserves the right to cancel the order entirely with due intimation to the concerned person.
In the event that a product is ordered is not serviceable to customers location (pin code) and an order gets placed due to system errors or by any other reason, Nestingworld shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched.
